Bureau of the President and the Presidium
The Bureau of the President and the Presidium is responsible for ensuring effective coordination between the President, the Presidium, the Board of Management, the Procedure Committee and the House's administration, as well as preparing the procedure and agenda for meetings of the Speaker and the Presidium.
The bureau advises the President and the Presidium on issues of a political and official (non-constitutional) nature and organises all of their internal and external appearances. It also provides the President and the Presidium with substantive and secretarial support. In addition, the bureau is responsible for all issues relating to protocol and professional relationships and all events and visits involving the President and the Presidium, including the necessary secretarial support.
