On Wednesday July 3 the committees for Finance and European Affairs have looked forward  to the next meeting of the Eurogroup and Ecofin.  

The committee for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation will discuss arms exports on Wednesday July 3.

The committee for Defence will debate  the position of vessel protection detachments on Dutch merchant ships.

The committee for Defence will discuss  opportunities for international cooperation with minister Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert

The House will have a debate on June 26 to discuss EU-proposals for the budget

The House will have a debate on June 26 to prepare the EU-summit in Brussels on June 27 and 28.

The House will have a new debate about the government plans to reduce the number of prison facilities.

This week the House will continue  the debate about  government proposals to restructure the Dutch system of public service broadcasting.

Thursday  June 27 the House will continue  the  debate about a parliamentary report on house prices.

On Wednesday June 19 the House will debate the recent problems with the Fyra high speed train, after an expert meeting on June 18.

The committee for Finance discusses recent problems with online banking with Finance minister Jeroen Dijsselbloem.

Publications about the role of Dutch banks in financial offshore  markets will be discussed in the House on Tuesday.

On Thursday June 13 the committees for Finance and for European Affairs will debate about Ecofin and the Eurogroup.

The House will debate a citizens’s initiative on Wednesday June 12. Subject is a plea for sanctions against Israel as a protest against the construction of a wall on the borders of Palestinian territory. The initiative will be presented by former prime minister Dries van Agt.

The House will pay attention to the situation in Syria with an expert meeting on EU-sanctions on Wednesday and a debate on Thursday about the arms embargo.
