Two new Members of Dutch Parliament sworn in
On Tuesday 24 January, ms Anja Hazekamp of the Party for the Animals was sworn in as Member of Parliament. On Wednesday 25 January, mr Jeroen de Lange of the Labour Party was sworn in as Member of Parliament.
On Tuesday 24 January, ms Anja Hazekamp of the Party for the Animals was sworn in as Member of Parliament. On Wednesday 25 January, mr Jeroen de Lange of the Labour Party was sworn in as Member of Parliament.
Ms Hazekamp will temporarily replace ms Marianne Thieme of the Party for the Animals. Ms Thieme is on maternity leave and is expected to return to the House of Representatives in May.
Mr Jeroen de Lange replaces mr Hans Spekman of the Labour Party. Mr Spekman has left the House of Representatives. He has been voted new chairman of the Labour Party.
